Stew and Oden










Today, I will introduce stew and oden.

How to cook Stew

1. Cut vegetables such as; carrots, potato, and onions, and put them in a pan with water.

2. Boiled them until vegetables get soft. Then, if you want, you can put some seafood such as; shrimps and scallops. It will be more delicious if you put seafood in the stew.

3. Put stew powder and boil some more minutes.

How to cook Oden

Oden is common food to eat in winter.

1. Put white radish, konnyaku, carrots, eggs, and foods made from fish paste in a pan, and boil them for some hours.

2. Flavored them with sugar, soy sauce, and sweet sake. Then, boil some more hours to flavor well.

It is also delicious if you put miso, which is mixed with suger, on them.

Rolled cabbage & Yakisoba




Today I will introduce Rolled cabbage and Yakisoba.

How to cook Rolled cabbage.

1. boil cabbage in order to make cabbage soft and wasy to roll.
2. put minced pork and onion together and mixed them, then form circle shape.
3. roll each of them with cabbage and roll with bacon or dried gourd shavings in order not to come apart.
4. put them in to hot soup which is already flavored with consomme, and boil some minutes.
How to cook Yakisoba.
1. cut vegetables such as; cabbage, carrots, onion, and green pepper.
2. at first, pan-fry them and then, add meat to them.
3. finally put noodles and pan-fry again.
4. put sauce as a flavor and mixed together.

Okonomiyaki


Today's I will introduce Okonomiyaki.

It is Osaka's local food. Some poeple say that they eat Okonomiyaki with rice.


How to cook Okonomiyaki.

1. to make dough, put okonomiyaki powder or flour, water, and eggs together and mixed them.

2. put stuffs such as; cabbage, cone, seafood, etc.

3. make a pan hot, and start to cook okonomiyaki.

4. put bacon or pork on top of it and flip it to cook the other side.

5. if okonomiyaki is well cooked, put mayonnaise and sauce. Also, you can put dried bonito and green laver.


It's ready to eat!!!
