An Omelet and Salad




Today's dinner menu was an omelet and salad. To cook an omelet, first cook Chinese fried rice. Put onion, bacon, tuna, cone, and anything you want and rice together and pan-fry them, then flavored with consomme. Next, break an egg and roll the Chinese fried rice into egg. It is difficult to roll well, but it is better if you use two eggs. For the, next, to cook a asalad, first, cut cucumbers and put them into salt water. After drain the water off, put grated radish and tomato an the cucumbers and put dressing on a salad. Then, they are ready to eat!!

Potato salad & Nisyoku-Don




Today's dinner menu was Potato salad and Nisyoku-Don. To cook potato sakad, first, boil vegetables such as; potatos, carrot, corn, onion, and more. After that, mash them and mix them with mayonnaise. Now, it is done, but if you cool potato saladas in the refrigerator, it will be more delicious! For the next, to cook the Nisyokudon, cook meat and eggs separate. To cook the meat, at first pan-fry the minced meat and flavored them with soy sauce, sugar, and sweet sake. Next, to cook the eggs, break an egg into a bowl, and put little milk and stock, and mixied them together. Then, cook the scrambled eggs with that. Finally, put those meat and eggs on the rice and it is ready to eat!!

radish salad&annkake fried rice


Yesteday's dinner menu was radish salad and annkake fried rice. To cook the radish salad, first, cut a radish into fine stripe and soak it into water for few minnute. After draining a water, put radish, scallops, and mayonnaise together and mix them. Then it is ready to eat! Next, to cook the annkake fried rice, cook eggs and fried rice separate. Then, put eggs with annkake sauce on the fried rice!
